Business Botswana, in partnership with Botswana Unified Revenue Services, has successfully concluded a two-day stakeholder engagement workshop held at GICC from 13–14 July 2026.

On Tuesday, 10th February 2026, Business Botswana participated in the Botswana Energy Regulatory Authority (BERA) Public Hearing regarding the Botswana Power Corporation’s (BPC) proposed 46% electricity tariff adjustment.

On the 9th December 2025, Business Botswana’s newly appointed CEO, Ms. Tumi Mbaakanyi, joined national leaders, institutions, and young people at the International Anti-Corruption Day Leadership Conference, hosted by the DCEC under the theme “Uniting with Youth Against Corruption, Shaping Tomorrow’s Integrity.”

The purpose of the meeting was for the Mayor to present his roadmap for the city, and for the Business Community to outline their key challenges and propose practical solutions to support improved collaboration and economic development.
